Hi I’m Claire, and I am an I.A.H.I.P. fully Accredited Creative Psychotherapist, and have worked for more than 20 years in Ireland. I run an integrated psychotherapy service, based in Kells, Co. Meath.

I have been involved in therapeutic play in a wide cross-section of the community, with children and teens, including work with children in hospital as a Hospital Play Specialist, and Special Needs Home Tutor and Group Leader. I am the founder of Hometrain (Ireland’ s network of Social Skills Groups) author of the manual ‘Teaching Social Skills’ and I also provide training and workshops for a variety of agencies, including parent groups, home visits, schools, charities, multidisciplinary team members and training Special Needs Assistants.

I hold qualifications in Arts Therapies, Hospital Play Specialism, Counselling and trained on Professionals Intensive Training course with Hand in Hand Parenting, I am also trained to deliver the TLC Kidz programme here in Meath, in connection with Meath Women’s Refuge and Support Services. This is a group programme for children and mothers recovering from domestic abuse.
