Art Therapy

Art therapy integrates psychotherapeutic techniques with the creative process to improve mental, physical wellness and promotes emotional healing.

The goal of art therapy is to use the creative process to help children to explore self-expression and, in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight, expression and develop new coping skills.

Techniques used include drawing, painting, coloring, sculpting, or collage.

“Art can permeate the very

deepest part of us,

where no words exist”.
